Mission
Hope Rising Post-Abortion Ministry is a Christian mission to reach out and break the silence of abortion and help restore post-abortion women to a life of emotional, physical, and spiritual health. 

Vision
Hope Rising believes that only through the power of forgiveness, which is a gift of Almighty God through Jesus Christ, can post-abortive women become free of the shame and guilt of abortion and reclaim the lives which God had intended for them. 

Values
Through non-judgmental and confidential support, Hope Rising helps post-abortive women learn to walk through the process of healing through prayer, Christ-centered Bible study and peer counseling.
